Zomba District mHealth Scale up
The Campaign in partnership with the Zomba District Health Office and the Ministry of Health in Malawi has embarked on an mHealth (CommCare) scale up project. The project was successfully launched with 173 Health Surveillance Assistants (HSAs) being equipped with mobile handsets and trained on how to use the CommCare application. The project aims to demonstrate improved efficiency in HSA service delivery, accountability, and reliable real time data collection. In addition, the Campaign initiated and has continued to host the quarterly National Level Technical Working Group meeting on Community Health Services.
